You need to do a few simple things. The reward is 8000 gold.
First, add Flupix as a friend in-game. You will send your answer to that character.
Now go to Pic #0456 and download the picture.
When your are done with that, send a message to Flupix and say what's on the picture. That's it! You can get your 8k gold now :)
